Social Operator Portal #

The Social Operator Portal has three provided services by default:

  • Accounts
  • Game Title Management
  • Game Server Management

Each of these services can be accessed by the dropdown on the top navigation.

Accounts #

The Accounts page provides a location to manage all player accounts and groups. All entries can be clicked on for additional information, such as related games, last login, email, and identity providers.

Accounts includes the following pages:

  • Accounts: all accounts by display name and social ID
  • Groups: all groups by name, description, and number of players

Search and filter accounts #

Accounts can be searched and filtered by using the Search By and Add Filter dropdowns. Search options include display name, account ID, and email address. Filter options include whether the account has a verified email, tags, an associated identity provider, or belongs to a player group.

Account overview #

The Account overview page contains general account information (display name, linked identity providers, linked game shards) on a specific Pragma Account. To view an account’s details, select the account from the Accounts page.

Data Rights #

You can view and request personal data rights packages in the Data Rights tab.

Bans #

You can manage a player’s bans including adding, viewing, and revoking bans in the Bans tab.

Game Title Management #

The Game Title Management page provides a location to manage viewing, adding, and editing game titles. All entries can be clicked on for additional information.

Game Title Management includes the following pages:

  • Game Titles: all game titles by name and ID, with each entry including information about associated shards
  • Shards: all shards by name, shard ID, game name, and game ID, with each entry including access modes, limited access configurations, and full access lists

Game Server Management #

The Game Server Management page can generate a partner token for an existing game shard.
